Our names are Jess and Kirsty and we our the founders of Be Enchanted Parties and Events.
We met whilst working for a children’s entertainment company back in 2015. We instantly bonded over our love of Disney and all things magical, and have been friends ever since. When we're not running parties together we'll be looking for magic elsewhere! We often go to musicals, movies and concerts together. As well as regular coffee outings and yearly trips to Disney! You could say we our each other's princess 'soul sister'.
We started Be Enchanted Parties and Events as we love performing, and both of us come from a background working with children. Collectively, we have over 15 years of experience running children’s parties and we have a real passion and enjoyment in what we do. We love nothing more than bringing fun, magic and joy to children. Along with creating magical moments and lasting memories through our parties and events.
We are currently taking bookings for parties and events across Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne and New Forest areas.
We may be able to cover other areas upon request.

Jess is the Queen of the company and keeps our Kingdom running smoothly, alongside planning and performing at parties and events. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and have been running children’s parties and events since 2014.

Fun fact: Before I became a children’s entertainer, I worked abroad at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Kirsty keeps our socials sparkling with her magical marketing skills, alongside planning and performing at parties and events. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and have been running children’s parties and events since 2015.
Favourite movie: I can’t pick just one! My top three are The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, and Tangled.
Favourite character: Rapunzel
Fun fact: I have been to 3 of the 6 Disney parks around the world, and can’t wait to visit the rest!

The ideal number of children is 10-20, however there is no minimum and smaller parties can work really well. While a second entertainer will enhance any size party, please be advised parties with over 25 children will require two or more entertainers.
Yes, our entertainers will bring a sound system and your child’s favourite songs and music to the party. If you would prefer to use your own sound system, please show your entertainer(s) where it is and how to use it on arrival.
We are currently taking bookings in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Wimborne and New Forest areas. We may also be able to cover other areas in Dorset, please enquire for more details.
Our parties are for all children who enjoy princesses and fairytale characters. The recommended age range is 3-10, however you know your child best.
We organise and run our own special ticketed events throughout the year.
We are able to attend Birthdays, Weddings, Christenings, and other events as requested.
We also offer packages that provide children's entertainment suitable for schools and businesses running children's activities and events.

We understand that occasionally parties may need to be cancelled. Where possible we will try to accommodate any date and time changes at no additional charge. The initial party deposit is used secure the entertainers time and is non-refundable, however any additional payments made can be refunded if more than 48 hours before the party is given.
Our entertainers like to arrive at parties 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. They usually arrive in normal attire and change into costume in a spare room at the venue to ensure the magic is kept. If you do not think this will be possible, please let us know in advance and we can organise an alternative arrangement.
All your supplied data will be stored safely in our booking system from the time of booking and up until seven days after your party/event.
Any images used we will ask for full permission before using on any of our marketing and media.
Masks and social distancing are currently not required for our party entertainers, however lateral flows can be completed on the morning of the party upon request. If your party entertainer, the birthday child, or their household test positive for COVID-19, you are entitled to a change in party date or full refund with proof of positive lateral flow test.
* The prices listed are our fees payable by you for each party/event.
* Prices may vary based on the time, size and number of attendees at your party/event.
* Prices are subject to change at our discretion, however once a booking has been agreed your price is secured.
* If working with us in collaboration, all ticketing and sales for your event would be your responsibility, however we are happy to advertise and post links our socials.
* Once you receive an invoice for your party/event you are required to pay this within one month, fees must be paid in full at least one month before the scheduled party/event.
* We ask for at least one months’ notice for bookings where possible, your time, date and entertainers are secured only once the booking has been agreed and invoice has been paid.
* We offer a 14 day free cancellation policy, all cancellations made after this will in occur a fee.
* We take into account unforeseen circumstances and are able to discuss rescheduling if the situation arises. On the very rare occasion of entertainer sickness or emergency we will do our best to find a replacement entertainer, otherwise will offer a full refund or reschedule when possible.
* Our entertainers have a zero-tolerance policy for antisocial or abusive behaviour and reserve the right to leave a party/event if such a situation should occur.
* All our entertainers are fully DBS checked.
* The entertainers stay in full character throughout the party/event; therefore, we require the accompanying adults to be responsible for the children’s welfare during the event including the behaviour and safety of the children.
* It’s at entertainer’s discretion to modify activities accordingly based on time, space and responses of the children in attendance.
